Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-10-03

Entropic Defence ("we", "us") cares about your privacy. This policy describes how we process personal data when you visit entropicdefence.com, contact us or engage our services.

We collect the information you provide yourself: name, company, registration number, email and what you write in contact forms. We use the information solely to answer enquiries, provide quotes and perform agreements.

We never sell your information and share it only with the suppliers required to run the service (for example hosting), under agreements that protect your information. Information is deleted when it is no longer needed, and at the latest in accordance with applicable accounting and security legislation.

Legal basis: legitimate interest and/or contract. You have the right to request a register extract, rectification, erasure and data portability. Contact us at support@entropicdefence.com.

Confidentiality

Last updated: 2026-10-03

The client acknowledges that our agents and consultants are legally authorised to carry out penetration tests within the agreed scope. Where critical vulnerabilities are found, these are reported to the client as quickly as possible.

We never carry out tests that could harm the infrastructure. Written instructions must be approved by the client before any test. We never perform destructive tests without explicit approval.

Our commitment includes absolute confidentiality unless otherwise agreed. We do not even disclose who our clients are.

Confidentiality is standard in every engagement, whatever its size. We work to fixed routines: the least possible access to your systems, encrypted storage of findings and reports, and separate workspaces for each client.

We are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the first meeting, or to work under your existing agreement. Our consultants are security vetted and remain bound by confidentiality after the engagement ends — and we never disclose who our clients are.
